At Artizono, we pay much more attention to the after-sales service than any others, which is also one essential part of our daily job. We recognize that one size does not fit all, so we work to find a solution that best fits you.

Our customer service team is comprised of skilled service engineers. They have many years of machinery installation experience and provide training every year. Their goal is to provide the highest quality of service and support to keep your fabrication operation productive and profitable.

Installation and Commissioning

We will provide Chinese and English manuals and video tutorials, you can communicate with our local agent regarding technical problems, or directly write the email to us. We have detailed video guidance to ensure that the customer’s problems can be solved at the first time.

Customers can also go to our factory for face-to-face learning, we have many equipment and personnel to provide more systematic and comprehensive training, the general recommended training time is 3 to 7 days.

Our engineers can also provide door-to-door installation training services. This service requires customers to provide visas, air tickets, and local accommodation costs, the wages of engineers during the warranty period will be borne by the customer. The training cycle is around 7-15 days, the time can be extended with further communication.

All of our can seamers are installed before delivery so they’re ready for use when arrive.

Online installation guide is available for other machines. If an onsite installation is required, our engineer will help you install & test the equipment to verify that the machine functions correctly & safely.

Besides, our engineer offers onsite training on machine care & maintenance for stable performance & reduced breakdowns.
